What we collect
Account details (name, email) via our sign-in provider Clerk; the prompts you submit and videos you generate; credit and payment records (card details are handled by Stripe, never by us); and basic usage logs.
How we use it
To run the service: generating your videos, maintaining your library and credit balance, and processing payments. Prompts are sent to our AI model provider (fal.ai) to generate your video. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase (database, EU region) and Cloudflare R2 (videos, EU). Authentication is handled by Clerk and payments by Stripe, under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@scenara.xyz. Deleting your account removes your library and personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or fraud-prevention purposes.
